A gas pipeline on the Western Bypass in Quetta was blown up in an explosion, causing a significant disruption in the gas supply to a large portion of the city.
According to the Fire Brigade in-charge, the explosion caused a fire to break out in the gas pipeline, which the fire department was able to control. After extinguishing the fire, repair work has begun.
Law enforcement agencies have also arrived at the scene, and further investigations into the incident are underway.
