Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has announced her decision to step down from her role as the Central Information Secretary of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP).
In a resignation letter sent to party chairman Aleem Khan, Dr. Awan cited personal commitments and health issues as reasons for her inability to continue fulfilling the responsibilities of her position. She requested the chairman to accept her resignation.
Despite resigning, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan reaffirmed her commitment to contributing to public and national interests as an ordinary member of the party.
It is worth noting that Dr. Awan joined the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party after parting ways with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
