Lahore: The FIA has arrested two human traffickers, Hammad and Khawar, involved in the recent Greece boat tragedy.
According to reports, the suspects charged Rs. 8.8 million to illegally send four individuals to Italy.
An FIA spokesperson stated that one smuggler, Nawaz, was apprehended from Farooqabad, while an absconding suspect, Naveed, was captured in Nankana. Raids are underway to arrest other accomplices.
The spokesperson condemned human smuggling, highlighting the risks these traffickers impose on innocent lives. The FIA Lahore director assured that the crackdown against human traffickers will continue with full force
