Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly, Umar Ayub, declared that PTI remains undeterred by any threats or pressure. “If the government wants to negotiate, they should proceed. If not, it makes no difference to us,” he stated.
While speaking to the media outside the Peshawar High Court, Umar Ayub mentioned that the negotiation committee was formed under the direction of PTI’s chairman, Imran Khan.
He further criticized the government, stating that it appears uninterested in resolving matters through dialogue. “We are not going to anyone for negotiations. If they want to talk, fine; otherwise, we’ll continue our struggle,” he asserted.
Referring to the Al-Qadir Trust case involving Imran Khan, Ayub questioned the extended court proceedings. “The court’s usual timing is until 3 or 4 PM, but yesterday’s hearing went unusually late. Why was that?” he asked
