However, air quality remains a concern, with Karachi ranked as the sixth most polluted city globally. The Air Quality Index (AQI) recorded a particulate matter level of 186, categorized as harmful to health.
Elsewhere in Pakistan, dry and cold weather is expected in Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan, while smog and fog continue to affect Punjab and Sindh. Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are also forecasted to remain cold and dry.
