Mohammad Rizwan: Working Hard to Overcome Weaknesses

Pakistan’s national cricket team captain, Mohammad Rizwan, has emphasized that the team has consistently delivered strong performances, even when no international teams were visiting Pakistan. He asserted that there should be no doubt regarding the talent and capabilities of Pakistani players.

Addressing a press conference, Rizwan stated that the team is making every effort to overcome its weaknesses. He praised Haris Rauf’s bowling form, highlighting that he is in excellent rhythm. Rizwan also expressed his delight in achieving victories through collective team efforts.

Speaking about the Champions Trophy, he called hosting the prestigious tournament a matter of great pride for Pakistan and encouraged the entire nation to celebrate the event.

The captain confirmed that all 15 squad members are fully fit, adding that senior players bear greater responsibility for performance. Expressing confidence in Babar Azam, he reaffirmed that Babar would open the innings against New Zealand.
