Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has resumed flights between Karachi and Turbat as part of its efforts to restore its network.
According to the PIA spokesperson, flights between Karachi and Turbat have been scheduled starting from December 16. The national airline will operate two weekly flights on Mondays and Wednesdays.
The spokesperson further stated that efforts are underway to strengthen PIA’s operations for Turbat and Gwadar. These flights will not only boost the region’s economy but also provide significant support to critical projects like CPEC.
In addition, PIA had earlier announced the resumption of its flights to Europe, with the first flight scheduled to depart from Islamabad to Paris on January 10, 2025.
Initially, there will be two weekly flights to Europe, operating on Fridays and Sundays, with plans to gradually increase the frequency.
