Tehran: Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called on the United Nations and the global community to halt arms supplies to Israel and to terminate its UN membership in response to recent Israeli bombings in Syria.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ismail Baghai strongly condemned Israel’s aggression, stating that the Israeli regime had indiscriminately targeted residential areas near Damascus, resulting in the death of at least nine individuals, including a Hezbollah commander.
Baghai urged the international community to take decisive action to stop Israel’s illegal actions, cut off its access to arms, and revoke its UN membership to curb further incidents of this nature.
