Hollywood actor James Woods, known for his anti-Palestinian rhetoric, lost his home in the devastating Los Angeles fire as it burned to ashes.
According to reports, James Woods became emotional during an interview with an American news channel, stating:
“It feels like losing someone very close to you. Just yesterday, we were enjoying ourselves in the swimming pool, and now everything is gone.”
He shared that his wife and eight-year-old niece had helped in building the house, even contributing their savings for the cause.
James Woods described the aftermath of the fire as chaotic, saying everything around him was reduced to ashes.
It’s worth mentioning that Woods has been nominated for the Oscars twice and has won three Emmy Awards during his career. While he has a significant fan base, his anti-Palestinian social media posts have drawn widespread criticism in recent years.
In one of his controversial posts, Woods opposed ceasefire efforts in Gaza, stating:
“There should be no compromise and no forgiveness.”
He also used the hashtag #KillThemAll, which sparked outrage among social media users.
Now, many on social media are reminding Woods of his past statements, pointing out the irony that while he celebrated the destruction in Gaza, his own luxurious home has now been reduced to ruins
