Winter holidays in all schools of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been extended. The provincial education department has issued a notification regarding the extension.
According to the notification, all schools in the province will remain closed until January 6.
Previously, the education department had announced winter holidays until December 31. The announcement mentioned that winter holidays in the plains of the province would be from December 23 to December 31, while in the hilly areas, they would last from December 23 to February 29, 2024.
